Main Aims
  • Collection and curation of samples from breast and/or ovarian cancer families.
  • Identification of breast and/or ovarian cancer susceptibility genes using next-generation sequencing approaches.
  • Characterisation of the prevalence, penetrance, phenotype and interactions of mutations in breast and/or cancer susceptibility genes.
  • Any individual with ovarian cancer and at least one relative with breast or ovarian cancer
Inclusion Criteria
  • Any individual with bilateral breast cancer
  • Any individual with both breast and ovarian cancer
  • Any individual with male breast cancer
  • Any individual with ovarian cancer and at least one relative with breast or ovarian
