Patient Leaflets

We have developed a number of leaflets that may be of interest to patients. Our aim has been to answer the most common questions and concerns in clear, non-technical language.

Two versions of each leaflet are available. The View version is designed to be read online, but can be printed if you wish. The Print version is designed to be printed double-sided on A4 paper and assembled into a leaflet that you can keep for future reference. You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to read these files.

You may also wish to view these British Sign Language (BSL) information video clips about genetics and genetic counselling, provided by The University of Manchester.
